Teacher competencies for incorporating ICT into classroom practiceMajda Cencič, Andreja Istenič, Bogdana Borota, 2012, original scientific article Abstract: One of the outstanding goals of a knowledge-based society is to enable everyone access to information and communication technology (ICT). This requires teachers to take on new tasks and respond to new demands. With regard to the above, we were interested in the use of ICT in classroom practice of Slovene teachers. The results based on a survey administered to a sample of 468 educational staff, mostly classroom teachers, show only a medium use of ICT in classroom practice. It is used mostly for revision and consolidation of the subject matter, and motivation of pupils, and less for examination and assessment of knowledge. Vpliv razvoja kontekstualnega znanja na razlikovalne kompetenceRamon Podreka, Roberto Biloslavo, 2010, original scientific article Abstract: Prispevek izhaja iz opredelitve kompetence kot zmožnosti posameznika, da aktivira, uporabi in poveže pridobljeno znanje ter veščine v kompleksnih, raznovrstnih in nepredvidljivih delovnih situacijah. Namen raziskave je ugotoviti, ali razvoj specifičnega kontekstualnega znanja in veščin v organizaciji vodi do osvojitve specifičnih razlikovalnih kompetenc posameznika. V raziskavo so bili vključeni tržniki treh srednje velikih slovenskih podjetij, za katera smo ugotovili, da delujejo v treh različnih delovnih kontekstih. Rezultati raziskave so pokazali, da so razlikovalne kompetence, ki ločujejo nadpovprečno delovno uspešnega sodelavca organizacije od povprečno uspešnega na specifičnem delovnem mestu tržnika, pogojene z razvojem specifičnega kontekstualnega znanja in veščin.
