Information and communication infrastructure development and agro-food tradeŠtefan Bojnec, Imre Fertő, 2011, original scientific article Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to provide an adapted gravity trade model to measure the influence of communication infrastructure development on agro-foodtrade. The adapted gravity trade model presents associations of bilateral agro-food trade between OECD countries with traditional gravity equation variables and particularly with variables of the information and communication infrastructure development. Using the adapted gravity trade model we find a positive association between the information and communication infrastructure development and bilateral agro-food trade flows between OECD countries. This association is significantly stronger for agricultural than for food products. The improved information and communication infrastructure development improves information and reduces trade transaction costs. Analiza dejavnikov oglaševanih cen rabljenih stanovanj v Ljubljani in njeni okoliciSonja Friškovec, Aleksander Janeš, 2010, original scientific article Abstract: Članek obravnava dejavnike oglaševanih cen rabljenih stanovanj v Ljubljani in njeni okolici. V teoretičnem delu so predstavljene dosedanje raziskave dejavnikov cen nepremičnin, ki se uporabljajo za izhodišče empiričnega dela raziskave. Oblikovana sta dva ločena linearna regresijska modela, ki pojasnjujeta variabilnost oglaševanih cen rabljenih stanovanj in razlike v dejavnikih v Ljubljani in njeni okolici. Članek tako pomeni prispevek k razumevanju determinant oblikovanja oglaševanih cen. Rezultati raziskave kaejo, da na oglaševane cene rabljenih stanovanj v Ljubljani vplivajo prodajna površina, višina nadstropja, število kopalnic in ali je stanovanje mansardno. V okolici Ljubljane pa na oglaševano ceno rabljenih stanovanj vplivajo bivalna površina, možnost garaže in kletne shrambe, starost ter razpoložljivost.
