Perceptions on 'effective' head teacher's leadership within the Slovenian contextSilva Roncelli-Vaupot, Anita Trnavčevič, 2013, original scientific article Abstract: The paper presents some research findings about effective head teacher leadership within the Slovene post secondary school context which indicate the dimensions of head teacher leadership processes. The head teachers responses to a questionnaire indicating features of knowledge about leadership, which were captured in four interpretative categories, namely being, knowing, acting, and effecting. Furthermore, the findings of some case studies gave a funneled perspective on contextually bounded leadership knowledge. The present paper points to dimensions of and to the nature of knowledge about leadership and, moreover, to some dilemmas and questions about the ways in which knowledge about leadership could be understood and learned. Načrtovanje razvoja vzgojno izobraževalne organizacije - strateški načrt in/ali strateška nameraSilva Roncelli-Vaupot, 2002, published professional conference contribution Abstract: V prispevku sta prikazani dve možnosti načrtovanja razvoja vzgojno izobraževalne organizacije za daljše obdobje - strateška namera in strateški načrt. Navedene so glavne značilnosti obeh in osnovni pogoji za izbiro ene in/ali druge možnosti. Strateški načrt je mogoče oblikovati, če ima organizacija temeljito strateško analizo svojih prednosti in slabosti ter izzivov in nevarnosti okolja, ki vplivajo nanjo; če je okolje, v katerem deluje, relativno stabilno in če ima ustrezno managersko znanje za tovrstno načrtovanje. Če navedeni pogoji niso izpolnjeni, organizacija pa želi kljub temu načrtovati svoj razvoj, lahko oblikuje strateško namero. Poenostavljeno povedano, sporoči svoje razvojne ambicije. Opise, kaj želi v prihodnosti doseči, in predvidi dejavnosti, ki ji bodo to omogočile. Strateška namera lahko ob primernih pogojih preraste v osnovo za strateški načrt.
