Towards a systematic description of the field using keywords analysis : main topics in social networksDaria Maltseva, Vladimir Batagelj, 2020, izvirni znanstveni članek Opis: This paper presents the results of the analysis of keywords used in Social Network Analysis (SNA) articles included in the WoS database and main SNA journals, from 1970 to 2018. 32409 keywords were obtained from 70792 works with complete descriptions. We provide a list of the most used keywords and show subgroups of keywords which are connected to each other. To go deeper, we place the keywords into the contexts of selected groups of authors and journals. We use temporal analysis to get an insight into some keyword usage. The distributions of the number of keyword types and tokens over time show fast growth starting from 2010s, which is the result of the growth in the number of articles on SNA topics and applications of SNA in various scientific fields. Even though the most frequently used keywords are trivial or general, the approaches used for the normalization of network link weights allow us to extract keywords representing substantive topics and methodological issues in SNA.

Analyzing sustainable competitive advantage : strategically managing resource allocations to achieve operational competitivenessNurul Aida Abdul Malek, Khuram Shahzad, Josu Takala, Štefan Bojnec, Drago Papler, Yang Liu, 2015, izvirni znanstveni članek Opis: In today%s dynamic business environment, a key challenge for all companies is to make adaptive adjustments to their manufacturing strategy. This study demonstrates the competitive priorities of manufacturing strategy in hydro-power case company to evaluate the level of sustainable competitive advantage and also to further analyze how business strategies are aligned with manufacturing strategies. This research is based on new holistic analytical evaluation of manufacturing strategy index, sense and respond, and sustainable competitive advantage models. These models help to describe, evaluate, and optimize resource allocation to meet the performance requirements in dynamic decision making. Furthermore, these models evaluate operational competitiveness for manufacturing strategies according to the multi-criteria priority. The results show that the adjustments of competitive priorities in manufacturing strategies by implementing the proposed holistic analytical models are helpful in strategically managing business operations. The discussion derives the most critical attributes in business operations while alignment of resource allocation with competitive priorities help to strategically focus those attributes. In conclusion, we argue that resource allocation and manufacturing strategies have become the most important capabilities in a business environment where companies focus to get a sustainable competitive advantage.

18. Physical self-perceptions and self-esteem in relation to body mass status among female adolescentsPetra Dolenc, 2016, izvirni znanstveni članek Opis: The purpose of the study was to examine the physical self-concept and self-esteem in adolescent girls aged between 13 and 18 years in relation to their body mass status. The Slovenian version of the Self-Description Questionnaire (PSDQ) was used to determine the multidimensional physical self-concept among participants. The results indicated that overweight girls reported greater body dissatisfaction in terms selfperceived body fat and physical appearance compared to normal-weight girls. Overweight girls also achieved significantly lower scores in the selfperceived physical abilities, as well as global physical-self and selfesteem than normal-weight peers. As expected, underweight girls reported the lowest amount of body fat. Moreover, they reported lower levels of physical activity than normal-weight peers and had less physical strength compared to the other body mass index categories. The findings has significant implications for the work with adolescent girls in terms of developing appropriate educational intervention and physical education programmes aimed towards reinforcing and increasing self-esteem and promoting active lifestyle.
