Title:Stališča učiteljev o podpori šole pri njihovem celostnem in duhovnem razvoju ter njihovi pozitivni naravnanosti

Abstract:Z izbranimi raziskovalnimi podatki smo izvedeli, kako razredni učitelji (RU) javnih osnovni šol (OŠ) ocenjujejo, da njihova osnovna šola podpira medsebojno sodelovanje in učenje, pozitivna dejanja in čustva ter njihov celostni in duhovni razvoj. Avtorski vprašalnik je izpolnil neslučajnostni vzorec 81 RU iz različnih slovenskih regij. Rezultati, obdelani na osnovi opisne in inferenčne statistike, kažejo, da se RU najbolj strinjajo o tem, da njihova OŠ podpira njihova pozitivna dejanja in čustva ter medsebojno učenje in sodelovanje ter da podpira njihov celostni razvoj, medtem ko so neodločeni v odgovorih o duhovnem razvoju. Kažejo tudi, da je tema duhovnega razvoja povezana s temo pozitivnega pogleda in z odnosi ter bi potrebovala več razprav in udejanjanje v učiteljski praksi.

Title:Teachers' perspective on promoting their holistic and spiritual development and fostering their positive attitude in schools
Abstract:The selected research data helped us determine how the public elementary school teachers rate their school's support in terms of their mutual cooperation and learning, positive actions and emotions, and the holistic and spiritual development. The aim of this empirical study was to find out how primary school teachers (PSTs) at public primary schools (PS) perceive (evaluate) that their PS supports mutual cooperation and learning, positive actions and emotions, and their holistic and spiritual development. A non-randomised sample of 81 PSTs from different regions of Slovenia completed the questionnaire. The results, evaluated on the basis of descriptive and inferential statistics, show that PSTs are most likely to agree that their primary school supports their positive actions and emotions, their mutual learning and cooperation, and their holistic development, while they are undecided in their answers regarding their spiritual development. They also point out that the topic of spiritual development is linked to the topic of positive attitudes and relationships and needs to be discussed and implemented more in the practice of teachers.
