Abstract:Sodobnost je učitelje vseh ravni izobraževanja postavila pred izziv sodobnega, z digitalizacijo podprtega poučevanja in vključevanja vsebin trajnostnega razvoja v poučevanje. Z raziskavo smo želeli pridobiti mnenje v projekt vključenih študentov gospodinjstva o pomenu povezovanja trajnostnega razvoja z vsebinami temeljnega predmeta in digitalizacijo.

Title:Connecting sustainable development and digitalisation : a case study of two-subject teacher education BIO-CHE-HE
Abstract:Modernity has presented teachers at all levels of education with the challenge of teaching in contexts supported by digitalisation and integrating sustainable development content into instruction. Through this research, the study sought to gather the opinions of home economics students involved in the project regarding the importance of linking sustainable development with core subject content and digitalisation. The results show that the substantive and didactic transformation and enhancement of the course Didactics of Home Economics II, by encouraging research and linking Home Economics content with sustainable development, enable both the adoption of actions emphasising the importance of sustainable development and a deeper understanding of the connection between sustainable development content and Home Economics. This, in turn, helps to overcome negative attitudes that sustainable development content is too demanding for teaching at the primary school level. Digital technology was recognised as a valuable tool for the creative preparation of didactic materials and for diversifying lessons, which is why students emphasised the importance of the thoughtful integration of digital technology into the learning process. They also highlighted the need for institutional support for incorporating sustainable development content and digitalisation into teaching.
