Abstract:
Stalen proces v bolnišnicah je težnja k optimizaciji in s tem racionalizacijiposameznih procesov. Ena od takih racionalizacij je uvedba centralne administracije oziroma podpora procesu dela, ko so zdravniki in administratorji prostorsko ločeni. Sprememba načina dela je tako zahteven projekt, ki od udeležencev v tem procesu zahteva določene organzacijske spremembe in tehnološke izzive. Predstavitev prikazuje pristop k projektu in potrebne organizacijske in tehnološke rešitve uvedbe centralne administracije v bolnišnici.

Abstract:
One of the ongoing tasks in hospital is continuous optimization and orchestration of workflow processes regarding administration. Centralizing hospital administration which separates administration from doctors is a complex and challenging task which demands organizational and technological changes in several work processes. Some of the key elements which are essential for successful project of implementation of centralized hospital administration are described.
