Abstract:Register hudo poškodovanih nemškega združenja travmatologov je prospektivna, anonimna zbirka podatkov o poškodovanih. Vključeni so poškodovanci, ki so v bolnišnico sprejeti preko reanimacijske enote. Zbiranje podatkov je razdeljenov štiri obdobja: podatki o predhospitalni oskrbi (A), začetni bolnišnični oskrbi (B), oskrbi v enoti intenzivne terapije (C) in podatki ob zaključku zdravljenja (Č).

Abstract:The Trauma registry of German Trauma Society is a prospective and standardisedcompilation of anonymous trauma patient data. For practical reasons only patients who arrive alive at hospital via the emergency room (ER)are included. Compilation includes four different times of data acquisition: A: Site of accident: mechanism of accident, B: Arrival in the ER,C: Arrival in ICU, D: At discharge. During the last decade, the value and the opportunities of a European-wide standardized documentation process is highlighted. The registry is open for every hospital or trauma department in German speaking area and hospitals are invited to participate in the Trauma Registry of the DGU. General Hospital Celje joined the Trauma registry of the DGU in year 2006. The first impression and experiences are presented in the article.
