Abstract:

Abstract:
The key characteristic of today's society is that, beside physical entities, it also consists of flows which enable the simultaneity of social practices regardless of territorial limits. Therefore, the main aim of the article is to examine the relationship between an actor's sociability in physical space and cyberspace. The author then argues that the sociable activities of actors in cyberspace have positive effects on their social life in physical space. The article concludes that when examining social dynamics in cyberspace it is essential to move beyond the imposing of traditional concepts specific to physical space.
