The aims of the study were to explore the lifelong learning needs of alumni and to identify the key content areas and competences they would like to develop, with a particular focus on green and digital skills and preferred lifelong learning formats and delivery modes. A qualitative study was conducted with semi-structured interviews in three focus groups (n = 19). The thematic analysis revealed five themes: (1) lifelong learning needs; (2) key areas of lifelong learning; (3) formats and delivery modes of lifelong learning; (4) the role of the alumni club; and (5) suggestions for improvement. The results provide a basis for the development of targeted micro-credentials to better support alumni in strengthening their skills and successfully integrating into today’s labour market.
