The findings reveal a growing interest in luxury tourism, with publication peaks in 2024 (14 articles) and notable growth between 2022 and 2023. Italy leads in research output (8 articles), followed by the UK, New Zealand, and China (7 each), while developing nations like Indonesia remain underrepresented. Thematic analysis identifies key clusters, including socio-economic impacts, luxury consumer behaviour, and sustainability in hospitality. Research predominantly employs qualitative methodology (38 studies) as the primary data collection tool. Emerging trends emphasize digitalization, sustainability, and experiential luxury tourism, with increasing use of AI, machine learning, and social media analytics. The study highlights the multidisciplinary nature of luxury tourism, intersecting with business, social sciences, and environmental studies. Mixed-method approaches are gaining traction, blending qualitative depth with quantitative generalizability. Key challenges include balancing luxury tourism’s economic benefits with sustainability and addressing infrastructural gaps in emerging destinations. The VOSviewer analysis underscores global research collaborations, with Europe and Asia as dominant contributors. Practical implications suggest that stakeholders should prioritize sustainable practices, digital marketing, and personalized experiences to cater to luxury tourists. Future research should explore developing markets, cultural influences, and policy impacts to enrich the global understanding of luxury tourism dynamics.

2. Development and improvement of non-technical skills in interprofessional healthcare teams through simulation-based experiences : a systematic reviewPatrik Pucer, Kristina Martinović, Igor Karnjuš, Jakob Renko, 2025, pregledni znanstveni članek Opis: Background Simulation-based experiences (SBE) are widely used for developing non-technical skills (NTS), but their application in interprofessional healthcare teams training remains underexplored. Aim The aim was to explore the development and improvement of NTS in interprofessional healthcare teams through SBE. Methods A systematic review of literature from 2013 to 2023 was conducted using PubMed, Web of Science, and EBSCOHost. The risk of bias was assessed with Critical Appraisal Skills Programme Checklists. Results A total of 22 studies were included. Among NTS categories, teamwork and co-operation was identified in all studies, situation awareness in 18, leadership and management in 16, and problem-solving and decision-making in 14. Healthcare teams were predominantly composed of medical doctors and nurses. Care of critically ill patient was addressed in 12 studies, operative care in six, and other fields in four. High-fidelity simulators were used in 15 studies. Conclusions SBE may effectively develop and improve NTS in interprofessional teams. There are opportunities to broaden its application across healthcare systems and expand its use into less explored fields involving diverse professions.
