| Abstract: | Raziskava preučuje možnost zagotavljanja kakovosti ponudbe in lojalnosti gostov v prehrambnem gostinstvu na osnovi trženjske usmerjenosti PGO. Predstavlja teoretično in zakonsko opredelitev (ureditev) gostinstva ter nekatera pomembna raziskovalna izhodišča, ki izhajajo iz zakonske ureditve gostinstva v RS. Raziskava podrobno opredeljuje pojem kakovost, gostinski proizvod in koncept zadovoljstva, in to s stališča gosta in menedžerja. |
