Title:Strateški okvirji uporabe generativne umetne inteligence v visokošolskem izobraževanju

Abstract:Prispevek analizira strateške okvire za integracijo generativne umetne inteligence (GUI) v visokošolsko izobraževanje, pri čemer izhaja iz evropskega Akta o umetni inteligenci (2024) in drugih relevantnih dokumentov. Obravnava tri najpomembnejše ravni implementacije: sistemsko raven, raven visokošolskih učiteljev in raven študentov. Na sistemski ravni raziskujemo mehanizme za vzpostavitev uravnoteženega regulativnega okvira, ki spodbuja inovativno rabo GUI ob hkratnem zagotavljanju visokih etičnih standardov in varstva podatkov. Na ravni visokošolskih učiteljev preučujemo strategije za odgovorno integracijo GUI v pedagoške procese, s poudarkom na spodbujanju kritičnega mišljenja in ohranjanju akademske integritete. Pri študentih se osredotočamo na razvoj kompetenc za učinkovito in etično rabo GUI pri učenju ter raziskovanju. Prispevek ponuja celovit strateški okvir za implementacijo GUI v visokošolskem prostoru, ki temelji na aktualnih uredbah in dobrih praksah ter vzpostavlja ravnotežje med izkoriščanjem tehnoloških priložnosti in zagotavljanjem kakovosti izobraževalnega procesa

Title:Strategic frameworks for the use of generative artificial intelligence in higher education
Abstract:This chapter analyses strategic frameworks for integrating generative artificial intelligence (GEN-AI) into higher education, drawing from the European AI Act (2024) and other relevant regulatory documents. The analysis encompasses three key implementation levels: the systemic, faculty, and student levels. At the systemic level, we examine mechanisms for establishing a balanced regulatory framework that promotes innovative GEN-AI applications while ensuring high ethical standards and data protection. At the faculty level, we explore strategies for the responsible integration of GEN-AI into pedagogical processes, emphasising critical thinking development and maintaining academic integrity. At the student level, we focus on developing competencies for the effective and ethical use of GEN-AI in learning and research activities. Based on current regulations and best practices, the chapter provides a comprehensive strategic framework for GEN-AI implementation in higher education, establishing a balance between leveraging technological opportunities and ensuring educational quality.
