Title:Socialno in čustveno učenje ter generativna umetna inteligenca v visokošolskem izobraževanju

Abstract:Namen poglavja je opisati povezave med socialnim in čustvenim učenjem ter generativno umetno inteligenco v visokem šolstvu, s poudarkom na možno stih, ki se ob tem ponujajo za izboljšanje pedagoških praks. Socialno in ču stveno učenje vključuje samozaznavanje, samoregulacijo, socialno zavedanje, odnosne spretnosti in odgovorno sprejemanje odločitev v izobraževalnih kon tekstih. Generativna umetna inteligenca ponuja priložnosti za personalizirano poučevanje, vendar so pri uporabi zaradi etičnih izzivov in tveganj, povezanih z zasebnostjo in s pristranskostjo, potrebni posebna znanja in previdnost. V pri spevku predstavljamo pregled spoznanj o uporabi umetne inteligence za iz boljšanje socialnih in čustvenih kompetenc. V okviru razvijajoče se socialne ge nerativne umetne inteligence predstavimo možnosti uporabe klepetalnikov, inteligentnih sistemov za poučevanje pa tudi socialnih robotov, ki omogočajo personalizacijo, socialno podporo ter simulacijo socialnih veščin. Poudarimo potrebo po celoviti strategiji in sodelovanju učiteljev, razvijalcev tehnologij ter oblikovalcev politik za ustvarjanje varnega in učinkovitega učnega okolja, ki spodbuja kritično razmišljanje in odgovorno uporabo UI v izobraževanju.

Title:Social and emotional learning and generative artificial intelligence in higher education
Abstract:The purpose of this chapter is to describe the connections between social and emotional learning and artificial intelligence literacy in higher education, with a focus on opportunities to improve pedagogical practices. Social and emotional learning includes self-awareness, self-regulation, social awareness, relationship skills, and responsible decision-making in educational contexts. Generative artificial intelligence offers opportunities for personalized teaching, but its use requires specific knowledge and caution due to ethical challenges and risks related to privacy and bias. This chapter provides an overview of insights into the use of artificial intelligence to enhance social and emotional competencies. In the context of emerging social generative artificial intelligence, we explore the possibilities of using chatbots, intelligent tutoring systems, and social robots, which enable personalization, social support, and simulations of social skills. We emphasize the need for a comprehensive strategy and collaboration among teachers, technology developers, and policymakers to create a safe and effective learning environment that promotes critical thinking and responsible use of AI in education.
