Opis: Organizational values can be important for firm performance and competitiveness. The focus of this paper is on organizational values and their impact on firm performance in terms of growth. A hypothesis about the relationship between organizational values and firm growth was developed and empirically tested. Data were collected from firms in Turkey via a structured questionnaire. The hypothesis was tested by using regression analysis. The findings give an indication of the impact of competition-related and person related organizational values on firm growth.
