What makes coaching relationships effective? : A systematic literature review identifying five areas of influence
Melanie Oeben, Daša Grajfoner, 2026, izvirni znanstveni članek

Opis: The coaching relationship is recognized as a key factor for coaching success, yet its specific components remain unclear. This article presents an evidence-based integrative systematic literature review, including 206 documents. Findings indicate that although the coaching relationship is often examined as one of several factors influencing coaching success, its composition and underlying elements have rarely been studied. Moreover, the client’s perspective has been largely overlooked. A theoretical model was developed to interpret the data, offering a conceptual ‘map’ of the coaching relationship. The paper highlights areas for future research, emphasizing the need for a deeper exploration of client experiences.

Digital standard for the design of inclusive and effective online courses in higher education : an integrative literature review
Sabina Ličen, Mirko Prosen, 2025, samostojni znanstveni sestavek ali poglavje v monografski publikaciji

Opis: This integrative literature review examines models and frameworks for digital education in higher education, synthesizing their key strengths and limitations. By analysing nine existing frameworks covering different aspects of digital education, including pedagogical approaches, technological solutions and assessment mechanisms, the study identifies gaps in the current literature. The findings show that while the individual models provide valuable insights, none of them independently offer a complete approach to the design, implementation and assessment of digital education. Therefore, this study proposes the development of an integrated digital standard that combines theoretical and practical perspectives to promote inclusive and effective online learning. Such a standard could increase the adaptability to students' needs, improve assessment mechanisms and increase the flexibility of digital learning environments. This study contributes to the development of sustainable and adaptable solutions for the future of digital education.

R&D and education resources in innovation processes : evidence from Slovenia and the Visegrad Group
Mitja Ruzzier, Tanja Kosi, Doris Gomezelj Omerzel, 2016, izvirni znanstveni članek

Opis: This article provides a cross-country analysis of the efficiency and effectiveness of innovation processes in the European Union countries, with a focus on Slovenia and the four countries of the Visegrad Group (the Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia and Poland). By examining relationships between different composite innovation indicators, our study reveals patterns in the input-output-outcome relationships at different stages of the innovation process and highlights country-specific bottlenecks and possible efficiency gains in the use of R&D and education resources. Benchmarking the effectiveness and efficiency of innovation systems and processes across selected countries is valuable for different target groups, to whom we offer insights into the R&D environment, barriers to technology transfer and possible improvements in innovation policies.

Perceptions on 'effective' head teacher's leadership within the Slovenian context
Silva Roncelli-Vaupot, Anita Trnavčevič, 2013, izvirni znanstveni članek

Opis: The paper presents some research findings about effective head teacher leadership within the Slovene post secondary school context which indicate the dimensions of head teacher leadership processes. The head teachers responses to a questionnaire indicating features of knowledge about leadership, which were captured in four interpretative categories, namely being, knowing, acting, and effecting. Furthermore, the findings of some case studies gave a funneled perspective on contextually bounded leadership knowledge. The present paper points to dimensions of and to the nature of knowledge about leadership and, moreover, to some dilemmas and questions about the ways in which knowledge about leadership could be understood and learned.
