Abstract:Članek obravnava navdušenje v turizmu (enthusiasm in tourism, EiT) kot okrepljeno čustveno stanje, ki vključuje vznemirjenje, notranjo motivacijo in globoko vključenost med potovanjem. Izpostavlja psihološke dejavnike, kot so čustva, radovednost, pričakovanje in stanje »toka« (flow), pa tudi družbeno-kulturne vplive, kot sta kulturno ozadje in družbena identiteta. Obravnava vlogo novosti, pristnosti, personalizacije in potopitvenih izkušenj kot ključnih dejavnikov za navdušenje. Poleg tega so predstavljene praktične metode in kazalniki uspešnosti za merjenje in upravljanje EiT ter zadovoljstva, ki strokovnjakom v turizmu ponujajo uporabne vpoglede. Nazadnje, na podlagi okvira ustvarjanja vrednosti zadovoljstva s storitvami, predstavljenega v prvem članku, analiziramo in obravnavamo to ustvarjanje izkustvene vrednosti EiT, za katero se predvideva, da bo postala eden od glavnih trendov v prihodnjem mednarodnem turizmu.This article examines enthusiasm in tourism (EiT) as a heightened emotional state that involves excitement, intrinsic motivation and deep engagement during travel. It highlights psychological factors such as emotions, curiosity, anticipation and the state of “flow” as well as socio-cultural influences such as cultural background and social identity. The role of novelty, authenticity, personalization and immersive experiences is discussed as a key factor for enthusiasm. In addition, practical methods and performance indicators for measuring and managing the EiT and delight are presented, providing actionable insights for tourism professionals. Finally, based on the service delight value creation framework introduced in the first article, we analyze and discuss this EiT experiential value creation, which is anticipated to become a major trend in future international tourism.
